DESCRIPTION
Using traditional clay slab construction techniques, you will fabricate a charming Garden Bird Bell.
Anyone can make pottery with this technique, and the learning curve is quite rewarding. This class is suitable for complete beginners or people that have taken pottery classes before.
You will decorate your bird and bell with underglaze (colour), so think about the colours of your favourite bird!
After bisque firing, pieces will be clear glazed by GB Arts.
Pieces will be ready for pickup in 2 to 3 weeks.
Body is approximately 10 x 5". 16+

Michelle has been making pottery for many years, beginning at Seneca College, Toronto, and including classes in Yellowknife, Alberta, and Haliburton. She has been teaching high school at Bruce Peninsula District School most of her career. She is pleased to share her love of pottery at the Georgian Bay School of the Arts.
