KIDS SUMMER CAMP - WOODWORKING AND PAINTING
The Georgian Bay Centre for the Arts
Owen Sound, N4K2H6
How to get there
$360
DESCRIPTION
AGES 8-13.
This summer camp will have a dual focus of woodworking and painting. Travelling offsite, the kids will work in the studio at Intersections with wood for half of the day, then spend the other half painting at GB Arts. A visit to local art galleries with fun painting projects will introduce the campers to local arts and the wider arts community of the city.
The projects and activities for the week will revolve around the tools, techniques and materials for these two mediums. With singalongs, play breaks and kid friendly lunches, this will be a fun and creative experience for your child.
Friday afternoon will feature a time for a parents/guardians showcase where your children can proudly display their projects and introduce you to their tools and workspaces.
LUNCH IS INCLUDED!
**Please write your child’s name, age, and any food allergies they may have in the comments when signing up for a ticket. AGES 8-13.
